Degree is nothing but a certified documentation of the skill in an individual.A degree wouldn’t grow or upgrade your personality,but skills does. Personally being a “Digital Marketer” my degree is just a waste of my time. But completing the course made me much knowledgeable and clear. In India the youth and older generation has brainwashed us and yet forced to change mindset about a degree. If you are an indian you could feel that
The education system has given more importance to degree more than knowledge.
In order to be succeed in a job, you need to have certain skills, time management, and teamwork and leadership skills.
In short a degree would give you a job ,but skills could promote you from your job.
The education we are taught is quite old enough and needs to be updated.The changing things aren’t updated students curriculam.The world doesnt need teachers, it needs leaders and mentors.Our systems are much old enough to make us chase behind degree.The education systems doesnt care about the knowledge and learnings students experience in their lives.
